Founded in 2018 as a serious technical powerhouse with deep engineering roots in Sri Lanka and offices in Singapore and Sweden, Aventude spent years mastering the craft of product building before deliberately transforming into an AI-native company. That transformation was earned through deep-rooted technical understanding, not declared overnight, and it's why our AI-native delivery stands on real engineering foundations. Within a few years, that foundation grew Aventude into a multi-million-dollar business built on real value in software: a solid team, and customers who don't take chances. Public-sector and highly regulated institutions in Norway trust us with their most sophisticated technology solutions. And the growth is the stable kind: profitable with year-on-year growth, cash positive, built to last. Today we partner with some of the most sophisticated businesses in the world, organisations that look past the hype and demand solid, dependable solutions built to carry serious responsibility.
We're the opposite of a body shop. And here's the killer combination: a deep-rooted engineering core team working through Skarpa. Nearly a decade of delivery for Swedish and Norwegian customers, from municipal-sector platforms in Norway to construction-industry systems in Sweden. Our Swedish office anchors that presence, and Nordic expectations of quality, transparency, and compliance shape how we engineer everywhere.

Aventude was founded by Thushara Wijewardena and Thurupathan Vijayakumar, engineers first and founders second. It's their deep-rooted understanding of engineering and product building that made Aventude's transformation possible. Because leadership genuinely understands how software is built, they could see exactly where AI changes the craft and where human judgment must remain, and they rebuilt the company around that insight. That thinking became a solid AI framework and a set of engineering tools of our own, now applied across all customer delivery. Leadership remains hands-on in engineering strategy to this day.
