Frequently Asked Questions

What will I actually do as an Aventude intern?

Real engineering on real products, not shadow work. You'll build alongside experienced engineers inside our AISDLC framework, learning AI-native development with AI agents in the loop from your first week, on projects that ship to actual customers. These are skills most companies can't teach yet, because most companies aren't engineering this way yet.

When does Aventude take interns?

Mostly annually, and deliberately in one small batch at a time. We believe anything more would not do justice to our young talent: every intern gets genuine attention, real work, and real mentoring, and that takes commitment from us. In some years, if we feel we cannot make that commitment and effort properly, we may decide not to take interns at all. We are not a company that inflates its employee count by hiring interns. When we take you in, our commitment to you is solid. That's also why joining the Aventude internship is extremely difficult. But it's worth it.

Does Aventude guarantee a job after the internship?

No, and we'll be straight with you about that from day one. At the end of the internship we evaluate two things honestly: how ready you are, in personality and capability, to grow further and take on the industry's future challenges, and what our needs are at that time. If both align, we make you an offer. What we do guarantee is that your evaluation will be fair, and that you'll leave the programme far stronger than you entered it, offer or not.

Will an Aventude internship help me thrive in such a competitive industry?

Yes, of course. The job market for young engineers is brutally competitive, and what sets candidates apart now is exactly what we teach: building AI-native software with agents in the loop, inside a real delivery framework, on products used by real customers. Very few places in the world can put that on your CV this early. Interns leave Aventude with skills, judgment, and proof of work that most graduates simply don't have.

How do I apply for an internship?

Apply through this page with your CV and, ideally, something you've built: a project, a repo, anything that shows how you think. We look for undergraduates and recent graduates in computer science, software engineering, or related fields with strong fundamentals and genuine curiosity. We review every application and respond to all serious candidates.
