Our collaboration with Vetera involved transforming their veterinary care platform to provide better service delivery and improved customer experience.

Vetera is a leading veterinary care platform in Germany, providing comprehensive solutions for veterinary clinics and pet owners.

Together we developed innovative features that streamline clinic operations, enhance patient care, and create new revenue opportunities for veterinary professionals.

When Vetera approached us their main problem was the inflexibility of their system, making it harder to innovate and pursue new revenue streams. We addressed the challenge of modernization by evaluating the business viability of several different roadmaps and deciding together on the best one to suit their context.

As we moved into a cloud system, we also considered how Vetera’s data can be securely shared with universities for research purposes, in order to improve veterinary medicine. Vetera’ modernization not only led to successful business outcomes bu talso allowed us to give back to the greater veterinarian community.
